Anna Valentine

With over 15 years of experience in WA’s commercial property market, Anna has built a reputation for delivering results that exceed expectations. She is known for making the investment journey clear and straightforward for clients, combining her Chartered Accountant background with proven expertise in sales, leasing and negotiation.
In 2025, Anna was named REIWA’s Commercial Salesperson of the Year (Awards for Excellence), adding to her consecutive Commercial Agent of the Year honours and further recognising her commitment to excellence and client success. Her career began at PwC, where she gained valuable management and financial expertise that now underpins her approach to commercial real estate.

Director
Marc Valentine leads Perth Commercial Property with a clear focus: helping clients get the most from their commercial assets through smart strategy, honest advice, and strong execution. With over a decade in the industry, he’s worked across all sides of commercial property–sales, leasing, and management, and knows what it takes to deliver results.
Marc combines deep industry knowledge with a modern, no-nonsense approach. He’s big on systems, accountability, and making sure the team operates at a high level. His leadership has shaped a business that’s responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in its clients’ success.
Before founding Perth Commercial Property, Marc managed the valuation and sale of thousands of general and business assets via auction–experience that sharpened his eye for value and deal-making.
