COVID-19 POLICIES AND PRACTICES
Perth Commercial Property is committed to ensuring a safe workplace for staff, clients and visitors. Please take the time to read the below carefully and ask Management if you have any questions or concerns.
With immediate effect and until further notice, all staff, clients, and visitors must whilst in our office:
- Wear a face mask in accordance with State Mandates.
- Sanitise and check-in using the SafeWA or ServiceWa App at our reception
- Practice COVID-19 hygiene and distancing.
With effect from 1st March 2022 until further notice, all staff, clients, and visitors must provide satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccination status on arrival at our reception via one of the following methods:
- COVID-19 Digital Certificate via the Service WA app (or similar)
- COVID-19 Digital Certificate (in print) and photo identification
- Medical Exemption that is recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register and photo identification.
Site Visits / Property Inspections
Prior to Perth Commercial Property staff attending an on-site meeting or property inspection, we request that all persons present provide satisfactory proof of COVID-19 vaccination status prior to, or upon arrival.
We request that you do not attend our office or site-meeting/property inspection and that you reschedule your meeting or organise an online meeting if:
- you are unwell or are experiencing any flu, cold, or COVID-19 like symptoms.
- you are a close contact of someone who has COVID-19 or COVID-19 like symptoms.
- you are not fully vaccinated, or do not wish to disclose your vaccination status.
If you are unable to attend a property viewing for one of the above reasons, we may be able to arrange a Zoom or Facetime walk-through of the property.
