Anna Valentine is an absolute GEM! She recently assisted my dear parents in selling a commercial property for them. The process was so streamlined, from dealing with Power of Attorney, providing valuable information on some complex issues and selling the property so fast from the date it was placed on the market. Her team were also great to deal with, along with the Settlement Agent that was appointed by Anna. Anna was definitely our Angel sent from above! PCP was the perfect size match for placing our commercial property on the market. It gives you confidence having a co-owner personally managing the selling of your property which happens to be a very big deal for you! We had a bit of a setback in the sale negotiation however Anna worked damn hard to get it back on track and got it over the line with a fantastic result for us. While Anna was the front person, her team dealing with the sales logistics behind the scene were also highly professional, prompt and a pleasure to work with.We definitely made the right choice with PCP.

Anna and her team couldn't have been more helpful or professional throughout many of my years looking after the commercial lease on this property I know Anna and her staff well. I was somewhat nervous about her managing both the lease and the sale of the property; gaining the cooperation of the existing commercial tenants, and to effect the sale and the transition of the existing lease smoothly. This was a hat-trick that Anna pulled off with aplomb. This maximum amount of patience, professionalism and relationship management on Anna's part and she pulled it off. Hats off to Anna and her team.

We own a commercial property that they manage. They really go above and beyond with their service. They respond to emails quickly and will assist with any questions or recommend someone who can help. I have had no problems in dealing with them. In fact if I ever own a residential property again, I would ask them to manage it for me (I don't think they do residential though). They are a whole lot better than the service I have received from residential property managers in the past. The fact that I never have to call them for anything is what I truly like. Highly recommend them.

An outstanding group of people at Perth Commercial Property. My business partner and I landed on their doorstep with a huge mess created by our former property manager. Anna and Jess sorted it all out for us and it took a lot of time and effort(months) on their part. They also had to deal with the former property managers unethical and obstinate behaviour. It took us 17 years to find the most professional property managers in Perth. Jessica Hiskens in particular should be nominated for an award!!. Don't bother going anywhere else.

I engaged PCP in 2013 and the experience has been quite exceptional compared to all other property managers we have used overthe years. It’s a shame that I didn’t come across PCP earlier.The property that PCP are now managing for us is a difficult assignment, where most of these over 100 year old premises have been under development / refurbishment. So with building works going on around the existing and incoming tenants, negotiating / establishing / managing leases is a somewhat complex and delicate process. Anna Lynch and her team have handled everything expeditiously, fairly and firmly. She is accessible and responsive, and very pleasant to work with. I am very confident that this asset is now being well managed.I can absolutely recommend PCP.
